About the role:

Work closely with the disputes team to strengthen internal knowledge and technical capability.
Draft, update and maintain precedents, templates, checklists and internal guidance notes.
Keep the team informed of relevant legal developments, case updates and legislative changes.
Assist with technical research and legal queries from lawyers across the practice.
Help design and deliver internal training sessions and learning materials.
Contribute to articles, client updates, presentations and other thought leadership pieces.
Support the team with materials for tenders, pitches and broader profile-raising initiatives.
Play a key role in improving how legal knowledge is captured, shared and used across the team.

The ideal candidate:

Strong disputes background is essential for this role.
Likely coming from a solid litigation or commercial disputes practice.
May already be in a knowledge / PSL role, or may be a fee-earner looking for a different long-term path.
Excellent drafting skills and strong technical ability.
Confident communicator who can work with senior stakeholders across the business.
Organised, proactive and interested in mentoring, training and improving systems.
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working both independently and collaboratively.
