About the role:

Working closely with Partners in Melbourne and across our national offices, you will join a high-performing team with a diverse client base that includes ASX-listed companies, corporate regulators, private corporates and high net worth individuals. You will work on matters including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Misleading or deceptive conduct
• Regulatory and financial services matters
• Directors’ and shareholders’ disputes
• Negligence claims

The ideal candidate:

• 5-8 years’ PQE and a strong leasing background (retail preferred).
• Solid experience in commercial litigation and case management gained in private practice
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• An interest in business development and contributing to team growth.
• An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
