About the role:

• Urgent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a specialist property team
• Strong mix of work including:
• Off-the-plan sales (developer-side and purchaser-side)
• High-net-worth residential conveyancing (high-end matters)
• Corporate/commercial property support and broader transactional work
• 15–20% mixed leasing, with the balance genuinely interesting, premium matters
• Hands-on role with real autonomy and direct client access
• High-performing team with a modern approach to delivery and systems

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate level property lawyer with strong transactional experience
• Comfortable running matters end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Experienced across conveyancing and contract work, ideally with exposure to:
• Off-the-plan matters and/or developer work
• HNW residential transactions
• Leasing (retail/commercial)
• Sharp, commercial, and responsive under deadlines
