About the role:

  • Provide direct support to the Managing Partner.
  • Manage travel, court day schedules, CLE and Training, operations and general office management.
  • Take initiative with process improvement
  • Oversee office management tasks — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced EA/PA looking to step into a role with more responsibility and autonomy. Preferable experience in a personal injuries, criminal law or disputes environment
  • OR: and experienced legal office manager
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to think independently and solve problems on the go.
  • Polished, professional, and confident engaging with high-value clients.
  • Enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, boutique setting.
