About the role:

  • Front-end insolvency and restructuring role with a strong advisory focus.
  • Work across restructures, workouts, distressed transactions and turnaround strategies
  • Advise on refinancing, security enforcement strategy and solutions for financially stressed businesses.
  • Mix of strategic advisory and transactional work.
  • Close exposure to senior lawyers while still having room to run matters.
  • Strong scope to build direct client relationships and step up in responsibility.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5–8 PQE with experience in insolvency & restructuring.
  • Strong exposure to front-end, advisory or transactional insolvency work.
  • Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients.
  • Able to work well in a hands-on, fast-paced team.
  • Looking for a role with quality work, autonomy and room to grow.
