About the role:

  • Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500.
  • Gain hands-on experience, advising major Australian and international clients across a diverse range of matters including:
    • Major transactions, projects and significant disputes.
    • Public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructures.
    • Equity capital markets transactions.
    • Corporate governance, advisory and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2–4 years’ PQE, with exposure to range of complex transactions, coming out of a reputable firm.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • A team player with a high attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
