About the role:

  • This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a growing Corporate team in Perth.
  • You will lead complex M&A matters from start to finish, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and broader strategic corporate advisory work.
  • The role offers the chance to deepen existing client relationships, win new work and build out your own practice with the support of an established national firm behind you.
  • You will also play a key role internally, mentoring lawyers, shaping strategy and contributing to the continued growth of the broader Corporate offering.
  • For the right person, this is not just another Partner role. It is a chance to build a practice with real momentum.

The ideal candidate:

  • Established Corporate M&A Partner, or a senior lawyer on the cusp of Partnership, with strong transactional credentials.
  • Proven experience across complex M&A, corporate structuring, investments and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong market profile and the ability to win work, deepen relationships and spot growth opportunities.
  • Commercial, polished and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Looking for a platform with genuine energy, ambition and room to build.
