About the role:

Work closely with the Partner on a broad mix of quality property matters. You’ll advise on a range of property transactions, such as:

• General property advisory work.
• Residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Leasing (retail, commercial and industrial).
• Contract review and negotiation (including due diligence support).

The ideal candidate:

• Have 4+ years’ PQE.
• Solid property transactions experience and confidence managing files.
• Strong drafting skills and commercial judgement.
• A practical, client-first approach and clear communication style.
