About the role:

You will advise on front-end project work including:

  • Risk analysis and allocation.
  • Project structuring and delivery systems.
  • Contract preparation, drafting and negotiation.
  • Major transactions for leading energy, resources and infrastructure clients.
  • Supporting client relationships and cross-practice collaboration.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years PQE and strong front-end construction and projects experience across a range of sectors.
  • A proven track record drafting and negotiating complex construction/project documents.
  • Strong analytical, communication and research skills.
  • A positive, team-first approach with genuine client focus.
  • Interest in relationship building and business development.
