About the role:

• Work across complex construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations and litigation.
• Be exposed to high-value matters across energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
• Draft pleadings, submissions and technical advice on construction law issues.
• Engage directly with clients, experts and counsel.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 5–6 years’ PQE with strong construction or commercial litigation experience.
• Have prior exposure to construction disputes, adjudications or major project work.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage matters autonomously.
