About the role:

Work closely with premium clients, delivering commercial advice grounded in sound legal judgement and a deep understanding of client value drivers

The ideal candidate:

3+ year’s post-admission experience in M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
A team player with a high attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop your career in a high-performing environment
