About the role:

You will advise clients across a broad range of employment and workplace relations matters Including a mix of advisory and disputes, such as:

  • Employment contracts, policies and workplace investigations.
  • Unfair dismissal and general protections claims.
  • Industrial relations and enterprise bargaining matters.
  • Discrimination and workplace complaints.
  • Strategic advice on employment risk and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-4 years’ PQE in employment or workplace relations law.
  • Experience in both advisory and contentious matters (desirable).
  • Strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage matters and build strong client relationships.
