About the role:

Join a high-performing Dispute Resolution team in Sydney, working across a broad mix of commercial litigation for institutional and significant private clients, including complex disputes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running matters day-to-day with appropriate supervision.
  • Drafting advices, correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
  • Managing interlocutory steps, evidence preparation and briefing counsel.
  • Supporting strategy, negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • 1–5 years’ PQE with commercial litigation experience in a law firm.
  • Strong drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a practical, commercial approach.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.
