About the role:

  • Work on a mix of wills, estate planning, succession and estate administration matters.
  • Advise individuals and families on asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer.
  • Draft wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and related estate planning documents.
  • Support clients on both straightforward and more strategic private client matters.
  • Gain exposure to estate disputes, depending on your experience and interest.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years’ PQE in Wills & Estates, succession or private client work.
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills across estate planning matters.
  • Exposure to estate administration and ideally estate disputes.
  • Commercial, empathetic and confident client manner.
  • Seeking a long-term role within a respected Adelaide firm.
