About the role:

Work closely with Special Counsel and Principal Solicitor on employment, industrial, criminal, and administrative matters
Handle general union enquiries and provide legal advice to clients
Manage and maintain efficient file management systems
Contribute to the development of practice procedures and expansion of firm services

The ideal candidate:

Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in employment, industrial relations, and/or administrative or criminal law
Strong understanding of and empathy for trade union goals
Relevant law degree with solid academic background
Admission to practice and full working rights in Australia
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
