About your new employer:

Our client is a well-established Australian law firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. The firm has recognised capability across areas including Public & Administrative Law, Property & Development, Planning & Environment, Prosecutions and Workplace Relations.

About the role:

  • Advise on a broad mix of property and development matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development work and general property transactions.
  • Act for a range of commercial clients across the private and public sectors.
  • Run matters with a high level of autonomy while remaining closely connected to clients and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have at least 5+ years’ PQE in property law.
  • Strong experience across commercial property transactions and development matters.
  • Confident managing files independently and dealing directly with clients.
  • Prior exposure to development clients, government or broader property sector clients will be well regarded.
