About the role:

  • Provide dedicated support to senior partners across complex disputes and litigation matters.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and end-to-end file coordination.
  • Prepare and format court documents, correspondence, and briefs.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and general practice management tasks.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within disputes or litigation.
  • Confident supporting at Partner level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of court processes and document preparation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
