About the role:

You will run a varied common law practice with end-to-end carriage, including:

  • Managing a caseload across common law/personal injury matters.
  • Work on work injury damage, motor vehicle accident, medical negligence and public liability claims.
  • Drafting and settling pleadings, evidence, advice, and other correspondence.
  • Briefing counsel and liaising with medical and other experts.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years’ PQE in common law/personal injury (plaintiff experience preferred).
  • Confident file management skills and strong technical fundamentals.
  • Solid drafting and negotiation capability.
  • A practical, client-first approach and good commercial judgment.
  • Able to work in a busy practice.
