About the role:

Provide strategic legal advice to executives and operational leaders
Draft and negotiate complex commercial, supplier and projects contracts
Advice on various complex construction, employment, WHS, IP and privacy law matters
Oversee enterprise risk register and advice on mitigation strategies

The ideal candidate:

6+ years PQE with a focus on in-house
Strong track recording drafting and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts
Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks across WHS, employment and privacy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously
