About the role:
Run your own files and working alongside an expert team of litigators, with partner support, and ongoing training from recognised leaders in strata and construction law.
Be involved in and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of strata and construction disputes, including building defect claims, levy recovery, by-law disputes, and complex litigation in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), Local, District and Supreme Courts.
The ideal candidate:
Have between 1–4 years PQE in litigation (strata or construction experience highly regarded).
Possesses excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
Is commercially minded with strong client management skills.
Thrives in a collaborative, specialist environment.
