About the role:

• Property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements
• Divorce, de facto, and spousal maintenance matters
• Advising mid-to-high net worth clients on complex asset structures
• Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing matters end-to-end

The ideal candidate:

• 4–8+ years’ PAE in family law, ideally in a reputable firm
• Strong client relationship and file management skills
• Confident litigator with experience running matters autonomously
• Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-driven
• Ready to contribute to team development and mentor junior lawyers (if at SA level)
