About the role:

Working closely with some of the most highly regarded partners in the planning and environment space, you will advise on:

  • Planning approvals and land use strategy.
  • Environmental compliance and regulation.
  • Compulsory acquisitions and land compensation.
  • Major infrastructure and urban development projects.
  • Litigation and dispute resolution before the Land and Environment Court.

You’ll be exposed to significant and high-impact matters, from large-scale infrastructure and urban renewal to complex advisory and contentious matters for both private and public sector clients.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3–4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.
  • Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
  • Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
  • Excellent communication and client management skill
  • A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a high-performing, close-knit team
