About the role:

  • Assist the Principal Lawyers of the firm’s Property team.
  • Acting for both tenants and landlords on all property-related matters, such as Sales of residential, estates management, tax treatment, contaminated land, and crown leases.
  • Prepare leases and lease-related documents, such as renewals, assignments, surrenders etc.

The ideal candidate:

  • Lawyer with  years’ PQE, with a strong technical expertise and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong research skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels and build rapport with clients.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach, with the ability to run matters autonomously also.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of files and meet deadlines
