Corporate, M&A, ECM Lawyer or Associate

About the role:

  • An opportunity for a talented Associate to join a market leading Corporate/M&A team.
  • Work on a variety of transactions, including M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB.
  • 7 billable hours per day required.

The ideal candidate:

  • Corporate Lawyer coming out of a reputable M&A/ECM practice.
  • Must be at least 3 years PQE.
  • Work split is 100% Corporate; not a mixed bag.
  • Relevant law degree with a strong academic track record.
